1. Purpose of this site

This site explains the HOMESÍ recruiting compensation model offered through Supreme Lending. It is an internal educational resource for Loan Officers, Branch Managers, Non-Producing Production Managers, Business Developers and market partners who are considering recruiting for HOMESÍ.

2. Illustrative figures, not a guarantee

All dollar amounts, percentages, basis points, tables and calculator results on this site are illustrations based on the model as currently designed. They are not an offer, a promise of payment or a guarantee of income. Actual compensation depends on funded loans, verified MMI history, the documented role of each participant, applicable law and the written agreements in force at the time a loan funds.

Supreme Lending may change, pause or discontinue the recruiting bounty, the split matrix, the sign-on bonus and any related program at any time, with or without notice.

3. Eligibility and documentation

Recruiting compensation is paid only to eligible participants in documented roles, only on funded loans, and only after the required steps have been completed, including logging the candidate before contact and, for Loan Officers who self-recruit, completing the Train of Recruiting Knowledge. Where this site and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls.

4. Compliance

Participants must recruit in a lawful and professional manner and must not misrepresent the model to candidates. In particular, the ongoing $200 per funded loan is paid only while both the recruiter and the recruit remain at HOMESÍ and the recruiter stays at CORE or above; for Business Developers and marketing callers it is a finite bounty capped at $200 × the candidate's MMI history. Sign-on bonuses are subject to Regional Manager approval and are set at offer; no participant may quote a sign-on amount to a candidate.

5. Feedback form and personal data

When you send a question or feedback through this site we store the name, email address and message you provide, together with the language and page you were on, so that the HOMESÍ team can respond. We use this information only to answer you and to improve this resource. We do not sell it. You may ask us to delete your message by writing to the contact address below.

6. The HOMESÍ Guide assistant

The on-page assistant answers questions using the content published on this site. It is an automated tool and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Its answers are not advice and do not modify any agreement. Do not share confidential borrower or candidate information with the assistant.

7. Intellectual property

HOMESÍ, the HOMESÍ chevron mark, WE SAY SÍ WHEN OTHERS SAY NO and the Supreme Lending name and logo are trademarks of their respective owners. The content of this site may be shared internally for recruiting education but may not be republished or altered without permission.
